Dewey Shay - Chief Executive Officer
Dewey has served as Unison's CEO since the company's inception in 2002. Prior to co-founding Unison, Dewey co-founded OneMain.com, a large independent internet service provider serving small markets across the United States. Dewey began his career at Morgan Stanley serving for over 10 years in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Dewey's mission is to ensure Unison creates lasting value for all our cell site owners.

James Holmes - Chief Counsel and Chief Investment Officer
Jim has served as the Chief Counsel and Chief Investment Officer since we began business. Prior to joinging Unison, Ji was Vice President of Real Estate at American Tower Corporation negotiationg over 1000 ground lease contracts with tower owners/operators, REITs, utilities and railroad companies. He served as Senior Manger of Business Development for Nextel, and Manager-Engineering & Operations at Sprint. Jim and his team of attorneys work closely with site owners and their attorneys to ensure each transaction meets our cell site owners' goals.

Joe Songer - Chief Financial Officer
Joe has been Unison's Chief Financial Officer since our inception. Prior to Unison, he was Chief Financial Officer of OneMain.com. Before that, Joe was a senior finance executive at LaSalle Partners and National Housing Partnerships. His commitment to Unison's financial strength ensures that when you're ready to talk to us about the Unison program, we are ready.

Jorge Pedraza - Managing Director
Jorge has been leading Unison site development professionals since we began business. before Unison, Jorge was the Managing Director of Le Monde Interactif and also Vice President of Strategy and New Business Development at Concrete Inc., an internet development firm. He was a professor at Williams College and holds a Ph.D from Yale University. He draws on his academic, sales and management background to motivate and guide Unison's Site Development Officers making sure that your experience with Unison exceeds your expectations.

Neil Notkin - Managing Director
Since joining Unison, Neil has helped grow Unison’s production in partnership with Jorge Pedraza. Prior to joining the firm, Neil held various executive posts at Bernstein Global Wealth Management, Funding America, Aegis Funding Corporation (principally owned by Cerberus Capital Management) primarily focused on originations and securitization in the mortgage field as well as holding the position of EVP Wholesale at Aames Financial Corporation. Neil’s vast leadership and client relationship experience is evident in his ability to make your experience with Unison a productive and satisfying one.
